Job Description
Office based support for Installation Department.
* Making travel arrangements
* Scanning and uploading files
* Record keeping
* Preparing and distributing reports/information
* Writing/amending risk assessments and method statements
* Ordering deliveries and hiring equipment from suppliers
* Plan installation and delivery schedules
* Client liaison
KPI/Measures: Departmental profitability, Timely job completion, adherence to budget.
