Welcoming Ela to the Cross-Guard team

We’re delighted to welcome Ela to the Installation team at Cross-Guard. Highly ambitious, Ela likes working hard to achieve best results in her work and personal life. Here’s what Ela had to say when interviewed.

Can you tell us a bit about yourself?

I have a passion for interior design, and I love decorating. With a good eye for detail, I enjoy organising events such as family gatherings – everything has to be right. My family and friends always tell me they love coming over as the table setting is perfect and they are made to feel special. 

I was born in Poland, and we went to live in Africa for 9 years when I was 1 year old, which was an amazing place to be. I enjoy travelling as it gives me chance to explore new countries and their traditions.

Family is important to me. My husband and children are precious to me, and I’m very close to my family in Poland – my mum, dad and sister. When I’m baking, I like to bake Polish cakes to remind me of home.

How have you found working at Cross-Guard so far?

Cross-Guard is a lovely company and I’m working with an amazing team, especially Eliska who has welcomed me to the business. Eliska has been wonderful with training me, providing all the information I need. I feel I’ll fit in well with the team as I’m very calm and love helping others.

What did you do during previous job roles?

I previously worked in Sunley Communications LTD as an Accounts Administrator, typically working on Sage Accounts 50, alongside general administration duties. I have some marketing experience in terms of designing and creating what a business needs. I look forward to what I’ll achieve moving forward with Cross-Guard.
