Holiday shutdown: important dates

As we near the end of 2020, entering the festive season, we’d like to advise clients and stakeholders of our availability over the holidays. Cross-Guard’s Christmas shutdown will take place earlier than usual to allow employees to enjoy an extended break after a tough year for all. The offices will close from 22^nd December 2020 with Tuesday 22^nd December being a normal working day where we can be contacted within usual business hours. We re-open on Monday 4^th January 2021. Reminder: change to business opening hours

For those who are also not aware, we have updated our opening hours on our website and our Google listing. Due to the current situation, we have reduced our opening hours on a Friday to enable us to continue to operate responsibly and in adherence with government advice. Our revised opening hours are Monday-Thursday, 8am to 5:30pm, and Friday, 8am to 3pm. If you have an urgent query outside these hours, we advise to send it to our sales email address, as listed above.

Lead times will vary depending on the product or service you require, so we always advise that you get in touch and, if you have a specific deadline date you need to hit, please make us aware and the team will do their best to assist. Cold and hot aisle containment

Our cold and hot aisle containment systems are popular in data centres to deliver increased energy efficiency and better return on investment. Cold and hot aisle systems work by aiding your cooling system so the cold air is being put to best use, and hot and cold air are not mixing to reduce cooling efforts. Security cages

We have a range of security cages from high-security to certified security cages. Although our cages are primarily used for server security, they are bespoke and have also been applied in a variety of different ways to protect high-value products or highly sensitive information. Server safes

Cross-Guard’s leading Ventis server safe delivers ultimate server security. An LPCB rated server safe, certified to LPS 1214 Security Category 2, the Ventis server safe is a much better alternative to server racks, as it gives that added level of security and additional peace of mind.

Bespoke security, security grilles and bars

Our bespoke security solutions include secure tooling and tech cabinets, built with a specific purpose in mind, and high-security, modular walling, used in safe rooms, panic rooms, and the Cash and Valuables in Transit (CVIT) industry. We also have a separate, dedicated security grilles department, where you can obtain window and door security grilles (and security grilles for other openings), and burglar bars.
