CeBit Exhibition 2016

Cross-Guard recently exhibited their server caging and aisle containment solutions at the highly prestigious CeBIT exhibition in Hannover, under the umbrella of Data Centre Dynamics.

A Director from Cross-guard commented “We were inundated with enquiries from data centre operators from a diverse range of countries from EMEA and the Far East. Malaysia, for example, is seeing an upsurge in data centres, helped by Japanese companies migrating their servers to an earthquake-free zone in the same region.  In Iran, now trade restrictions are largely removed, they are building several data centres, as their economy promises to thrive. It is clear that the factors driving growth are quite varied.
Closer to home we also saw solid enquiries from Scandinavia, right across Europe to Gibraltar. The locations were far more varied than the traditional hubs of London, Frankfurt, Paris and Amsterdam, and this was pleasantly surprising.”

Cross-Guard has built a solid reputation in the UK and Ireland for engineering excellence coupled to close site installation support. Through CeBIT, we have learnt that there is a demand for our solutions much further afield. We already support our existing customers in the traditional European data centre hubs and we will now extend our service to other countries. Cross-Guard listen to our customers’ needs and design a solution that can evolve as our customers’ data centre grows. We back this up with a capable and experienced installation team. Providing a comprehensive end-to-end service means we have lean pricing with a fast turnaround. It also means we stay close to our customers, ensuring longevity of product life and protecting our customers’ investment.

We now look forward to welcoming our customers and visitors to our stand E61 at Data Centre World on 12th -13th April.
