Mental Health Awareness Week 2023

This year Mental Health Awareness Week is taking place from the 15th until the 21st of May and there are many ways you can get involved!

Anxiety is the theme of this year’s Mental Health Week as it’s one of the most common mental health problems we can face. Lots of things can lead to feelings of anxiety including big life events and more recently the fear of not being able to meet our basic needs like heating or food.

Focusing on anxiety for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week will increase people’s awareness and understanding of anxiety by providing information on the things that can help prevent it from becoming a problem.
