Setting the right tone with telephony training
The Cross-Guard team were delighted to welcome Michelle from North Lindsey College to deliver telephony and customer service training at our Scunthorpe office. At Cross-Guard, we’re committed to continually improving to help support clients and stakeholders.
It’s important to us that our clients feel valued and understood and that we offer high levels of service. The course delivered by Michelle was very insightful as it covered lots of aspects of telephone conversations, including understanding client needs, handling enquiries effectively, and listening to respond rather than listening to reply.
As a key Scunthorpe training provider that has been around for over 60 years, North Lindsey College cares about developing the future of education. A few of Cross-Guard’s employees have attended North Lindsey College as part of their apprenticeship schemes and the experience has always been rewarding. We look forward to developing a great partnership moving forward as we continue to learn and grow within Cross-Guard.
