Update on our office changes and developments

At Cross-Guard, we’re continuing to make changes to our offices in line with the company’s growth. While work is ongoing to transform our carpark so it can fit more parking spaces, we’ve also introduced a new first aid room. Our first aiders (pictured below) proudly cut the ribbon!

The new first aid room is within the factory in a convenient location with good access. New features have been installed into the room with new equipment available. Cross-Guard cares about the wellbeing of its team members and always makes health and safety a key priority.

In addition to having several first aiders across the workplace to deal with physical injuries, Cross-Guard also has a dedicated mental health first aider and hopes to expand the knowledge of the team to train further mental health first aiders in the future.
