Cross-Guard Ltd. specialises in cold/hot aisle containment, and the physical security of servers and other IT equipment and cash and valuables in transit (CVIT). Cross-Guard is the sole UK manufacturer of:

• Cold aisle containment solutions
• Connexions server caging and partitioning
• Ventis server safes and cabinets
• Bespoke security solutions, including secure cash transfer units and security walling

We require driven and ambitious individuals to join our growing company, and we’re currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our production facility, based in Scunthorpe.

This opportunity offers desirable working hours (including early finishes on Fridays).

Essential skills and qualities:

• Be able to set and operate CNC Press Brake machines
• Able to operate hand tools
• Responsible for personal quality control and making adjustments as necessary
• Producing orders on time and to the correct quality standard
• Be able to operate within safety guidelines and any operating procedures
• Responsible for completing necessary paper work
• To read, understand and work from engineering drawings
• Able to set and maintain a high standard of workmanship
• Able to work pro-actively and as part of a team to improve productivity and efficiency
• Committed, flexible and reliable
• Hardworking and trustworthy
• Good common sense, and takes pride in their work
